At Aussie Custom Computers, we’re committed to delivering your custom-built PC safely, securely, and on time—no matter where you are in Australia. We proudly partner with Australia Post to ensure reliable, trackable, and efficient shipping for all orders.
Order Processing & Build Time
Every computer we build is custom-assembled with care and attention to detail. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, our team begins building your system. Our current build and dispatch time is 5–7 business days. During peak periods or for complex configurations, slight delays may occur—but we’ll always keep you informed throughout the process.
Once your PC is fully built, tested, and packaged, it will be dispatched via Australia Post using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Shipping Times
Standard shipping within Australia typically takes:

These timeframes begin after the 5–7 business day build period. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, public holidays, and unforeseen postal delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We aim to keep shipping as affordable as possible while ensuring safe and secure delivery. For select high-value orders, free shipping may apply—check the current promotions or your cart at checkout.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real-time. You can track your order through the Australia Post website or app.
Packaging & Handling
We take the utmost care when packaging our custom computers. Each unit is securely packed using protective foam and anti-static materials, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition. All shipments are insured, giving you peace of mind from dispatch to delivery.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately at hello@aussiecustomcomputers.com.au. We’ll liaise directly with Australia Post to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
